Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SiteOS platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by WayJet Technology Ltd. ("WayJet," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or otherwise using SiteOS, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Service Description

SiteOS is an AI-powered website operating system that provides automated website management, optimization, and operations capabilities, including but not limited to:

  • AI-driven content generation, translation, and publishing
  • Automated search engine optimization (SEO) and AI search optimization
  • Intelligent customer service and chatbot functionality
  • Website analytics, user behavior tracking, and performance monitoring
  • Multi-language content management and synchronization
  • Conversational website control via integrated messaging platforms

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Keeping your account information accurate and up to date

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during enrollment
  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service
  • Usage exceeding your plan's allocated limits may incur additional charges at the prevailing rate

For custom enterprise agreements, billing terms may be governed by a separate Master Service Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The following intellectual property provisions apply to your use of the Service:

  • The SiteOS platform, including its software, design, algorithms, AI models, documentation, and branding, is and remains the exclusive property of WayJet Technology Ltd.
  • Content you provide or upload to the Service ("Your Content") remains your intellectual property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
  • Content generated by the Service's AI engines on your behalf is owned by you, subject to any third-party rights and the limitations of applicable intellectual property law.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service or any of its components.

6. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /home/privacy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein. For enterprise clients processing personal data of EU residents, a Data Processing Agreement is available upon request.

7. Service Level Agreement

We are committed to providing reliable service and maintain the following standards:

  • Target uptime of 99% measured on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance windows
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email notification
  • In the event of service disruption exceeding the uptime commitment, affected customers may be eligible for service credits as described in our SLA policy
  • We employ enterprise-grade infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform to ensure high availability and data redundancy

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • WayJet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
  • Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, and you are responsible for reviewing all content before publication
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from third-party service interruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms under the following conditions:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or fail to pay applicable fees.
  • Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for thirty (30) days following termination, during which you may request an export of Your Content.
  • Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on the Service at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the Service before the effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WayJet Technology Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body, unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing.
